BIOGRAPHY

Kourtnei is an artist who specializes in forensic art, biomedical visualization, graphic design, and visual communication for law enforcement and criminal justice matters.

Kourtnei considers herself a talented artist, who has been drawing since she could hold a crayon. She has extensive knowledge of the visual design methods which enables her to interpret complex visual information that is clear, concise, original, and informative.

Kourtnei is currently employed as a police officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) training alongside, IMPD subject matter expert and master forensic artist, Detective Dave Stamper.

Kourtnei has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and a Master of Fine Arts in Medical Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family, watch movies, and ride her bicycle!
